What we collect

When you submit a hire request or an Academy application, we collect the details you enter: your name, email, company or role, the function or track you are interested in, and anything you write in the notes. We also record basic attribution data (the campaign or source that brought you here) so we understand which of our efforts are useful.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your request: to prepare a shortlist, to reply about a cohort, or to follow up on what you asked. We store contacts in our email and CRM systems (including Brevo) and route new requests through our internal automation so the right person replies quickly.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it beyond Multistaff and Webisoft and the service providers that help us operate, and we do not send you unrelated marketing you did not ask for.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time. Email [email protected] and we will take care of it.
