Multistaff exists because the labor market cannot yet see or price the thing that now matters most: how much one person, working with AI, actually produces.

So we built the missing instrument. A public standard that defines what an AI-augmented operator is. A live work exam that verifies it, with a pass rate published from the first cohort. A six week academy that trains professionals to the standard. And a talent network that places the operators who pass, on monthly subscription, across six business functions.

The two halves are one machine, on purpose. The academy trains to the exact exam the network hires against, so every placement tests the training and every cohort strengthens the network. Course platforms do not run exams that can be failed, and marketplaces do not stake placement revenue on a curriculum. We do both, because each half keeps the other honest.

The academy curriculum is that practice, externalized and turned into a rubric. We are not selling a theory of AI-augmented work. We are certifying the way we already operate, and Webisoft's delivery bench, vetting culture, and years of building AI systems in production stand behind every engagement. Our honesty rules

A young certification body has no history to point at, so we substitute transparency for tenure. The certification rubric is public before you apply or hire. The pass rate is published from the first cohort and updated with each one after it. The operator profiles on this site are representative, anonymized samples of the network: no fabricated individuals, no invented ratings, no testimonials we cannot attribute. Real, matching profiles are shared at shortlist and confirmed on request. If we show you a number, it is one we can stand behind in writing.
